      <title>Old hub doesn't seem suitable at the new address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A couple of days ago I moved to a new address and switched my BT contract accordingly. BT didn't send me a new hub, so I took the old one with me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the old place, it was connected to a socket in the wall via the 'broadband' port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At my new place, I got an Openreach modem. The instructions say it has to be connected to the red WAN port on my hub, but there's no such one there. I tried to connect it to a yellow ethernet port, but it's just flashing purple.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's quite hard to reach the customer support team these days, so what should I do? Do I understand correctly BT has to send me a different hub, or is there another option?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
