Upload too slow

Hello there! We recently arrived in a brand new building with FTTP. The first days the connection was really good, with good download and upload, but today I noticed things were too bad. When I ran the diagnostic it says everything is fine, but when I can fast.com/speedtest I noticed the upload was like 0.1Mbp/s.

have you turned of smart setup

Turn Off smart setup
