Hi, so I downloaded the ping plotter and have been watching it for a few days. It seems looking on here I'm not the only person having issues during the evening, however here are the results when I begin to experience issues. I do not understand it well enough to be able to really pin point the issue.

During certain times of the day my connection to a specific server is severely disrupted. I am playing Neverwinter on PS4 and have contacted their support teams regarding this issue too. The game works fine and my internet connection is fine, however between the hours of about 8-11pm UK time, the game becomes unplayable. Is there a way to have my outgoing connections to their servers monitored? I cannot find anything online about this specific issue. I have performed traceroutes to their servers both at the times when I am having issues and the times when my game is running fine.

Thank you.

Hi @Alex130 and welcome.

I'm sorry to hear you're having a few problems with your gaming. There might not be a lot we can do to help but possibly some of the community members might be able to offer some advice. Can you post your tracerts etc so we can take a look?

Cheers

Hmm, okay.

I contacted the support teams on the game and they suggested to do the traceroute. I don't fully understand them but there are no issues with their servers as only I have these issues and I have had my connection checked and there is nothing wrong with BT so they said there must be something to do with the connection between BT and their servers. I think the traceroute I sent may have been carried out at the wrong time.

I have just redone one whilst I am having trouble which may show the issues better. The numbers are much different on this 1.

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.1256]
(c) 2019 Microsoft Corporation.

I would recommend downloading pingplotter and run when you are having problems. It should show up where they are occuring. Don't worry about downloading a trial, you won't be charged at any time.
