Upgrade to Broadband Fibre 250 with Halo 1

Currently have Fibre with BT Halo 1 and would like to know if the upgrade to Fibre 250 is only available with an engineer visit.

FTTP is not available for my property

If it is you'll be waiting until March 1st at the earliest. Order and see what date they give you.

so the upgrade is to G.FAST and requires the engineer to visit and replace your master socket
