Ping spikes when bt broadband went live

Hello so 1 day ago my new BT broadband went live and since then after a few minutes i get random ping spikes which makes online gaming impossible to do. Here is some proof of it happening. My ping and latency ms is normally 0 in games or 7 normally as you can see but it randomly spikes up to 300 and 600 i just want to know a way to stop these ping spikes.

Possibly errors on your line?

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

I assume that nobody else is using your connection to stream video, as that will affect latency?

First thing is to tie down where the issue is.
Can you connect your machine via ethernet and see if that eliminates the problem.

everything is connected to the ethernet i just get random ping spikes i want to know a way to permanently stop them from occuring

Right, so its not the Wifi.
So that leaves the Hub or your line.
You say there is no noise on the line, have you been listening while watching the ping ?
It might be switching noise from something domestic ?
