Fibre connection

We have had Open reach connect fibre cable to the pole outside our house almost a year ago, but as yet they have not connected it to our house. I have check on Open reach web site and it says fibre is available in our area, how can I find out when it will be wired the few metres to our house?

It will only be connected when you order it, assuming it is available. It isn't connected automatically.

If you put your phone number in the checker you can see if WBC FTTP is available.

I feel the dslchecker shows FTTP as available then phone FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and see if you can order. Earliest installion will be march
