      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got to say the service I have had recently from BT has been brilliant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was offered upgrade to FTTP from standard line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Openreach arrived and fitted modem start Jan but found a blockage so couldn't do external work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was advised it could take up to 3 months to get it all sorted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday the open reach maintenance team arrived yesterday and cleared the block (virgin had blocked it underground).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today openreach called me to advise the engineer is arriving on Monday to fit the cable to the grey box outside.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happy days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just need to work out what the next step is once they do that!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
