Slow upload speed

Good Evening,

Hoping someone can help. When I took out my BT contract I was promised 20mbps upload but I am only getting 10mbps. I have posted below the stats from the router. Could someone advise the max down and up speeds I can expect from my line please:

can you go to MYBT and check which package is shown as it looks like Fibre 1 with max 10mb up speed

from your stats fibre 2 is pointless as you down speed attainable is only 60mb so likely you will be less than that unless you specifically wanted a faster up speed that the 10mb no point in paying extra for something you cannot reach

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. My BT shows Fibre 2 but only shows 10mbps upload speed. Is there any way I can change the upload to be 20mbps please.

try phoning the options team 0800800030 and see if they can help failing that need to phone CS 150
