      <title>Poor connection following house move</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have Fibre 1 which worked perfectly in my previous house, since moving I am only seeing a maximum of 2 bars signal and connection is slow. I have done the usual checks to no avail. I tried the speed checker which comes up with ‘unable to check your speed’ reset the router. I have done this and unplugged everything but no difference, I am using a micro filter , each time I try to contact BT all I get is the answer that no one is available. Before I make a formal complaint, is there anything else that I can try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should be seeing a &lt;STRONG&gt;connection&lt;/STRONG&gt; speed of between&amp;nbsp; 28.2Mbs&amp;nbsp; and 36.2Mbs. The&lt;STRONG&gt; download&lt;/STRONG&gt; speed will be lower that this. What download speed did BT say you should get?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can find your home hub &lt;STRONG&gt;connection&lt;/STRONG&gt; speed this way.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using the BT Smart hub you can get your connection stats by, Opening a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager.&amp;nbsp; Click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;‘&lt;STRONG&gt;Advanced Settings’ &lt;/STRONG&gt;and then&lt;STRONG&gt; ‘Technical log’&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
