    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Halo1 broadband keeps dropping &amp;amp; shows a flashing orange light.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've done the obvious things (reset etc) and ended up doing an online check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The results came back via a&amp;nbsp;text saying there was a fault &amp;amp; I should reply to that text with "Next" or "More"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neither of these words will deliver a text a reply back to the engineer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a phone number that I can call to speak to an actual person?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I assume you have noise on your phone calls, as that will cause the disconnections.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
