Broadband dropping out

My Halo1 broadband keeps dropping & shows a flashing orange light.

I've done the obvious things (reset etc) and ended up doing an online check.

The results came back via a text saying there was a fault & I should reply to that text with "Next" or "More"

Neither of these words will deliver a text a reply back to the engineer.

Is there a phone number that I can call to speak to an actual person?

I assume you have noise on your phone calls, as that will cause the disconnections.
