      <title>ONT “not in sync”</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was due to have my broadband activated today and i logged into the app and it says it has been delayed. Apparently the ONT is showing as “not in sync” at openreach. Its a new build house and I move in tomorrow. As I work from home I really need the internet can anyone shed any light on what this means?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT have already said its been delayed and there is a problem with the openreach equipment saying “not in sync” on their system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
