SH2 Profile Issue Ever Resolved?

Hi,

Was the SH2 profile issue ever fixed? I have Fibre 900 and get the full advertised speeds (900/110) but just recently, my upload speed is stuck at 50MB. Can anyone help, please?

If connecting directly to the ONT, I get 110 up!

Hi @hodgy1988,

Yes, that was fixed 🙂

It's possible that you have a similar issue so we could check it out for you. First, can you reset the hub to factory details for me before we get it looked into? If no change, let me know and I'll drop you a private message.
