&lt;P&gt;check for line noise yourself by using a landline and dial 17070 option 2&amp;nbsp; should be silent&amp;nbsp; any noise is a problem and needs to be reported as phone fault to CS 150&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello can someone help with me something I've done tested I've checked everything and for some reason my line keeps dropping out I've had gfast before with 150up and 30down never had any problems what so ever with that upgraded to 330up and 50down was fine the first month I would say now I get drops out Ive got bt halo so it will jump on the 4G for backup and that don't work with all my devices I think it has something to do with my noise on my line could someone verify for me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
