Connection drops regularly at night and with speed test

Hi,

It's a couple of months that I'm having a couple of very weird issues. First of all I have the problem that when I run the BT speed test (https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/fix-a-problem/test-your-bt-broadband-speed) my modem (Asus DSL-AC88U) just loose the connection and the link goes down. If I'm using any generic speed tester everything is fine. The other issue is that with at least a couple of times per week, after 10pm (I usually play online at that time) the link goes down and the model loose the connection.

I made a complaint and they saw the disconnections but they said that they can't do much because it is not often. Does anyone have a similar experience or an idea why the connection drops are so systematically.

P.s. I use internet the whole day (WFH) but the connections drops happen only in the evening usually around midnight.

I have the exact same issue from anytime after 10:30/11pm the internet goes extremely slow which is when im trying to use it
