    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My broadband suddenly switched itself off tonight about 11PM.&amp;nbsp; Tried all the usual support avenues, had to use my phone, but now it's saying I have a billing restriction on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But my bill is paid until 16th of April.&amp;nbsp; Can't get through to anyone at BT, despite it saying I can speak to someone 24/7 on the umber provided but its a dead end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having issues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
