Multiple dropouts have restarted again...

Hi,

Note on my previous thread from last year.

We are suffering from multiple dropouts with our internet again. Today we are on 12 (had 4 whilst typing this) alone and we have had an average of 3 dropouts per day since end of February/beginning March. This also coincides with when my neighbour across the road got added to the pole and a line fitted to their property. As per my recent thread here, an OP engineer fixed an issue left by a Kube engineer but did not look at the broadband problem. He left a contact number and has failed to responded to messages. I have checked for faults in my area but nothing shows. This feels like an exact repeat of last year and we ended up with 14 engineer visits before something finally 'fixed it'. There is no noise on the line. Each time the smart hub 2 flashes purple before going orange and then eventually back to blue. Will post hub stats below and most recent logs:

As shown with 5 dropouts and I can provide more logs with similar readings for the past day alone. Speeds are fine but kind of useless with the constant drop outs.
