We have FTP. The broadband is intermittently slow, and always has been. I spoke to BT a couple of weeks ago and agreed to upgrade from Halo 1 to 3 as was told this would resolve the problem, and even if there were drop outs it would still be relatively fast. Not so - pic attached of speed test. We are paying BT a lot of money per month - we have BT TV and some mobile sims - about £130 a month. When I go on troubleshooting and speeds are tested I am told everything is fine however the buffering and speed test tells a different story.
