Bt hslo1

Just found out I've moved to Halo 1 and I have bt TV also, I'm getting 48 download 9 upload, was getting 70 download and 19 upload on previous deal, I did not ask to move and was happy with my previous deal. So what's the score moving without notice, I've no halo hub, I have HH5 and no TV box, so whose moved me and throttled my speed??

Have you made any package changes recently?

Check your orders by logging in to MYBT and see if anything there about changes

There is no halo hub it's just extra benefits on your package. If you've not spoken to anybody it's likely you got a free upgrade. Alsoyour speed won't be throttled so if it's lower than expected then I'd have that investigated
