High latency

I have FTTC and recently (last several weeks) have been experiency a very poor connection.

Line speed is 1.251 Mbps / 18.254 Mbps

Noise margin:6.6 / 4.6

Line attenuation:10.9 / 31.7

Signal attenuation:10.9 / 43.0

From a wired connection I am getting very high latenct and zoom and screeen sharing in particular is poor

when i try and ping eg www.bt.com I get over 150ms, same for bbc
