    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having an issue where it is flashing purple, the website told me to check the internet connection which I have done. It then told me to text FAULt and the number of my phone line (I gave the number on the e-mail BT sent me) but they told me the number doesn’t exist and they couldn’t help me further . Have now been letting phone ring out for 30 mins to talk to a person - not impressed with BT so far...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a dial tone on your landline?&amp;nbsp; If so dial.17070 option 2&amp;nbsp; should be silent and best with corded phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
