    <description>&lt;P&gt;When my fibre broadband (gfast) was installed about a month ago the &amp;nbsp;data rate was over 311Mbps. Recently it has started to deteriorate. The maximum data rate was 285 on 3/5 and is now down to 271 on 14/5. I did a silent line test and there is some crackling. I have attached the stats from the router and BT wholesale checker.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I phoned support and they said that tests came back negative for any fault on the telephone line&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
