BT 900mb only 50 upload

Recently had my full fibre 900 installed and i cant get above 50 upload on the BT hubs only if i use my own router but id rather not, is there any way to fix it to get full upload?

Hi @bradhughes welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
When did you have your broadband connected? If you have had the BT Hub connected is should automatically update within a few days of activation and lift the cap. If you already have had in connected for a few days and the hub has not updated post back and let us know and we'll be happy to help.

Yeah was tuesday it got turned on, i get 100 upload with other routers just not the BT ones caps out at 50
