Hi there,

I am having trouble connecting my Sonos to my network, is there a way to split the 2.4ghz and 5 ghz network so I can connect to each independently on different devices?

Or, is there a way to force a device to use a certain network in the BT hub manager?

Thanks

If you have a SH2 then you cannot split the networks. If you have problems connecting to 2.4ghz network then turn of the 5ghz network then connect 2.4 device and once connected re-enable 5ghz

Unlikely you can decide whether to. Connect to 2.4 or 5ghz

Only devices themselves can be forced to use one band or the other, it can't be done by the hub.
