Not happy with FTTP external cabling

Hi all,

Today we had fibre fitted.

This was done while I was at work but my wife was home. But I'm not happy with the external cabling as I think it looks unsightly at the front of the house. I know my wife signed off on the job and I would probably be charged. Just wondering what sort of cost it would be to get someone out to put the cable to my liking?

Depends how much work it takes to put it to your liking if that's even possible.

The fitter ran the cable up the side of the front door over the front window and low down the side of the house. I would just want the cable lowered so it runs under the front door and window so it's not so unsightly.

What kind of gap is there under the front door between it and the ground level?

Trying to cleat a cable into onto a wall using a claw hammer with barely an inch of space to work with isn’t the easiest thing in the World.
