Full fibre 70 very low upload speed

Hi all. Had full fibre installed in new build. Having no issues with download speed but upload speed is usually terrible.

Get 60 odd download but upload is rarely more than 2mbps

Struggling to upload anything

Had an engineer out but he was only interested in download speed

Any help appreciated!
