&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to see you've had problems with your upgrade to Fibre.&amp;nbsp; Have you managed to get this sorted or is the engineer still booked for tomorrow?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know how things are.&amp;nbsp; If you are still having issues and are no further forward we can pick this up from here.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Poor service</title>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;Has anyone else had poor service from the new bt fibre , they cut my old BB of 21 May had 4 hours of working Fibre on the 9th June, &amp;nbsp;one no show engineer booked today , and now can’t come out till 15 ………What a joke . Very poor service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
