      <title>Can BT's ONT be plugged into a surge protected plug strip instead of directly into the wall?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hopefully not too silly of a question, I doubt there's any difference but it's always best to know well in advance as our town's in the build plan and of course I plan on getting it. I'd want the router in my bedroom but my room only has two single plug sockets in the wall, both of which have two 6-plug plug strips so I can actually use my PC, monitors, games consoles etc. Three sockets are unused and available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
