      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Hello,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to factory reset my BT Smart Home Hub 2, as I am having so many problems with the internet, find that the internet is slow, cannot get connected internet runs slow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone tell me how I factory reset my BT Smart home hub 2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;remember turn off smart setup when reboots&lt;/P&gt;</description>
