&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you're having problems with your connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What devices are you using to connect to your hub and does the issue occur on all of those devices? What error message to you get?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you check if you can access your hub manager?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open a new web browser&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Type&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;192.168.1.254&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;into the address bar&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And if so what does is show under Broadband connection status?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Won’t connect but blue lights in</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So my bt hub has blue lights on and it won’t connect to anything!! I have done all the resets but still nothing can anyone help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
