      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our internet is down, went to check service status but seen as we don't have a landline, full fibre only, we can't check it??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a solution to this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
