FTTP Upload

Is there any plans in the near future for BT to upgrade the upload speed on the top fibre package? I know they can achieve much higher than 110 or even the 220 the wholesale checker says because for the first day my fibre was installed i had 1000 both ways so i dont understand why the option to pay more for more upload isnt there

I don't know where you got the 1000 upload figure from on the first day as it is impossible on the Openreach FTTP network as it doesn't support a syncronous connection.

There is nothing planeed in the near future.

For 24 hours after activation i had these speeds then the next morning it went off for 1 hour and came back on with only 115 upload so yes it is possible

It won't be possible but the fibre connection is shared up to 32 users at around 1.2gigabits
