Upload speed not changed after I've upgraded from 500 to 900mbps

Hi,

Last Thursday (9th), my fibre was upgraded from 500/74mbps, to 900/110mbps. But while the download speed is perfect, the upload speed hasn't changed.

I searched here and found that it sometimes takes upto 3 days for it to resolve itself, so I've held off posting until today, but as of now, its still only 70mbps upload speed.

Server: CloudConnX - Eastbourne (id = 3829)
ISP: BT
Latency: 5.46 ms (0.26 ms jitter)
Download: 890.98 Mbps (data used: 1.3 GB)
Upload: 69.85 Mbps (data used: 72.0 MB)

I have power cycles the router (bt supplied) and that didn't help.

have you tried phoning FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and see if they can help you
