      <title>FTTC Line Reset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your CP can’t do DLM Resets for FTTC as they don’t own/maintain and or have access to the DSLAM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only Openreach can and in order for them to do that then you’ll have to have an Openreach Engineer visit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Opereach did run a trial some time back where CP’s could request DLM Resets without the need for an Engineer visit but that seems to have died a death. Also I don’t think BT Consumer were even part of the Trial.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/250982"&gt;@Starwire&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;we were part of the trial and certain teams within Consumer can still send these requests over to Openreach but only if it's appropriate. In the majority of instances, an engineer will still be sent to ensure there are no underlying issues with the line.&lt;/P&gt;
