Fault Light On Battery Pack BT FTTP

My backup battery pack for my FTTP router is showing a fault condition with the light continuously on for the last 48 hours or so. Tried switching it off and on and the same issue persists.

Tried to go on the support page on BT website but that is for connectivity issues not hardware issues. Does anyone know a contact number for specific hardware issues.

Not sure if this is a common problem or not...

These are no longer supported. Have you tried changing the batteries?

It can be bypassed, as it was only provided for FVA, when the phone is plugged into the ONT.

Thanks for the info I will have a look into bypassing this. Haven’t looked into changing the batteries on it as I was expecting it all to be sealed up. Can I just plug the mains feed cable into the ONS then?
