Looking for some advice,

We have moved into a property which has slow broadband - guranteed 6mbps. Our neighbours i.e one over the hedge and the other directly across a single lane have access to full fibre 900mbps. We share the telephone pole which delivers this overhead - this pole is closer to out property than the others. I have come to realise their post code is different and are on a different exchange to us. Is there any chance of getting this changed if i bark up the openreach tree? Is there a solution or are we stuck.

There are no plans for upgrade on the openreach website in "our area"

Thanks for your input

If all your properties are fed from the same pole, postcode and exchange are irrelevant. Call the FTTP team 0800 587 4787
