      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there an outage? My service went down around 12.00 today. Can’t phone and unable to access service status because MyBT is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve used my mobile to report problem and BT Bot says there is a problem .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The LOS light is solid red and Pon light is Off on the ONT. Hub is showing Orange.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the LOS (Loss of Signal) LED is solid red, your fibre has no signal or has become disconnected/damaged somewhere.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
