I think I'm also having a similar problem:

- on 300/49 FTTP service, with SH2, activated on 8 Oct

- Upload capped at 20Mbps. After hard/factory reset, back up to 49Mbps.

- c24hrs later, capped at 20Mbps again.

Have raised a fault with the Fibre helpdesk, but sounded like they would just 'monitor' the line for a few days...

Can one of the Mods help to expedite?

…but I suspect fixing this issue over and over isn’t part of their job description!!
