Good evening,

I am having exactly the same problem fibre 900 and the download is fine 900+ but the upload is now almost exactly 50mb whereas it was 100-107.

It seems as it is suddenly capped after I had a few issues with the router which are now resolved. It there anyone that can help get me back up to 100+

@RobbieMac pretty please as it is driving me mad with phone calls

Many thanks

Hi @Ricman,

Thank you for posting. I've moved your post onto its own thread as the last one had been marked as solved.

I'm sorry if you are experiencing issues with the upload side of your connection. If you've reset your hub or have recently got a new one, the upload speed can be capped temporarily. The upload speed normally updates within around 48 hours of the Hub being reconnected.

Have you recently reset your Hub or got a new one?

Thanks,

Paddy

Thank you for your quick response.

Yes it is a new hub, I will leave it over the weekend to see if it improves.

thanks

Hi @Ricman,

Thank you for posting back. Just leave the hub connected and you should see the upload speeds increase in the next day or so.

If you don't see an improvement by Monday, post back and I'll take a look at this for you.

Thanks,
