      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your internet connection going down is nothing to do with BT Retail but caused by a problem on openreach network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to add on a Halo package which you should see by going to MYBT. Or phoning options team 0800800030 and see what you can negotiate&lt;/P&gt;
