      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet was fine all day a few spikes to 500 ping then and there but all of a sudden I’ve dropped to under 1mb per seccond and I can’t even load onto games on my Xbox and my phone line has no signal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Use 0800800150. It's free from most mobiles. They'll be open tomorrow. It must be a line fault if you have no dial tone, not a broadband one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
