They confirmed they had just completed installing fiber optic cable in our area, which will enable me to get FTTP. However, they were unable to tell me when I could get it.</P><P>A few days ago I received mail from BT, saying I could get FTTP. So, I phoned up to make the upgrade, only to be told it wasn't yet available.&nbsp;</P><P>The last was very nice and said that openreach may well have the infrastructure in place but have not told BT yet.&nbsp; So, why the letter?
