    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed all the steps to setting it up and checked the wires are all connected correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have a landline phone, only broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Bt Connection Flashing Purple</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had email saying my broadband connection was ready. Checked the hub and its flashing purple. Checked the cords were all connected properly and still not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm connected using the white extension thing as the port in my house is a phone line connection point. I don't have any other connection points in my house.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What am I doing wrong??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
