Private shared driveway access

Hi, I have a private shared driveway with 7 other people and BT have drawn white lines along the length of it so it appeared as though my neighbour is having fibre broadband installed. Do BT need my permission (and that of the other 7 neighbours) before they dig up the shared driveway and disrupt access to houses and garages? Thank you

It would be Openreach not BT Retail who would have done that. This is a BT Retail customer forum, and has no input to Openreach.

Openreach would need a wayleave agreement with any affected properties.
