Up-Grade

Hi Guys,

I've just up-graded to the full fibra 900 with halo 3 from Halo 2 (150) this was on the 20st of Dec. I'm still only getting my old speed! The e-mail told me my new update would start on the 21st..I know its only a couple of day. How long does it take to swop over. I have FTD, so I though it was just a matter of flicking a switch.. Thoughts.

How are you testing your speed? Wired or wireless?

What is FTD?

Tried both Wired & wireless. Fibra to Door.

FTD doesn't exist except as a medical term (FTD is the most common form of dementia for people under age 60. It represents a group of brain disorders caused by degeneration of the frontal and/or temporal ...}.

Either FTTP or FTTH.

Give the FTTP tem a ring, they should be able to chech if the upgrade has gone through or if there is any other problem. 0800 587 4787
