    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been running the back up to the BT cloud and it has backed up a lot of my files, but has got to a point where it says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LOCK:Sorry we are unable to access this file at this time. We'll try again later. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The back up never gets past this point, still leaving a lot of files not backed up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have searched my PC and can't find a file called LOCK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I fix this please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/273908"&gt;@Dgrubb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; welcome to the forum and sorry that you are getting this error when trying to back up the Cloud. You would be best to give the Cloud helpdesk a call on&amp;nbsp;0808 100 6778 as they are best placed to help you with this.&lt;/P&gt;
