BT Parental Controls

Hi,

I am having challenges with BT Parental Controls, it randomly started blocking Roblox (nightmare with kids at home). I have turn the controls off in MyBT but the change doesn't seem to be kicking in.

Ideally I'd like to have the controls on and this site still accessible like it was last week.

I know it Parental Controls as I did some testing with a separate network, and get a similar problem with WhatApps which is covered in other peoples posts.

Any help appreciated
