    <description>&lt;P&gt;Aye, it's working again.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The Web page for the bt cloud was down altogether '404' not found, so suspect the entire system was down.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Cloud Error Code UN2</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Today my BT App on my PC won't login into BT Cloud.&amp;nbsp; I get a UN2 error and cannot get further.&amp;nbsp; I can log into my account through a web browser, but the BT Cloud service does not appear in my control panel / account details.&amp;nbsp; What gives?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here.&amp;nbsp; BT Cloud came up with the log-in screen when I rebooted my machine today and won't accept my login details.&amp;nbsp; I get a message something like "You don't appear to be eligible for BTCloud on that account.", which is strange as I have been using it for years.&amp;nbsp; Like you, I logged into my BT Account and tried to access the BTCloud we page from there, only to get the UN2 error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update @ 14:22: I just checked again, to make sure that I was quoting the "not eligible" message correctly and BTCloud login now seems to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
