Hi, Im having the same problem. Just spent 30 mins waiting for customer services who said there is nothing they can do and won't advise at all. This link doesn't work - do you have another one? When I download and click nothing happens

Sorry you're having problems with the cloud. What browser are you using? I've tried the link on chrome and can access it.

Ahhh ok, Ill try on chrome. I used Safari.

Is this something we should all complain to BT about - surely they need to do a fix?

Sorry Im not very good with this. I can download it but it doesn't do anything when I click on it . Im using Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6.

The cloud worked perfectly before I downloaded the updates

sorry this just doesn't work for me. I can download it but it says that it is a Disk Image rather then running any download after clicking it.

any other suggestions to solve this problem?

thanks - anyone else know how to get BT cloud previous version back or how to make this link work?
