BT cloud storage system

Hi,

Could someone please explain to me how BT cloud stores photos?

I have never used any form of cloud storage before so simple terms please.

I uploaded two years of holiday photos which I have in named subfolders.

Could not see how they are stored on BT when I checked

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the link. I have looked at it this morning.

But It does not really answer my question.

I have 1000s of photos to save. So far I have uploaded two years of photos. Each year has say 5 different subfolders. I would like to able to see a list of the years and the subfolders. I can't find this anywhere on BT Cloud.

If I know the name of the subfolder I can use the search tool and the photos appear but what if I have forgotten the name? I want to have a list to prompt me.

Any suggestions would be very welcome. I feel sure the system is there its it just that I don't know how to use it.

Hi Matt,

Just found the answer myself and post it here in case anyone else is confused.

After you have uploaded photos (or I guess any other media) to BT Cloud, to search for them look in FILES

NOT in photos. This will show a list of uploaded files from which you can select the ones you want to view.

I wish BT had explained that!
