What ports are you trying to open and why? you should only need 80 and 443 and they should already be correctly set.

What Operating System are you using?

Are you using a pop up blocker

Have you disabled third party cookies?

Have you checked out the system requirements? these can be found at

https://home.pearsonvue.com/Documents/Technical-specifications/Online-Proctored/OP-Advanced.aspx

I have a SmartHub2 and am using McAfee BT Virus Protect, all good so far

I am trying to take an online exam through PearsonVue online exam service

However, I get through the setup but the live incoming connection is blocked

This is the connection to the exam portal instigated by the exam proctor.

BT Virus tells me i has blocked the connection although my firewall is off

BT Virus tells me details of the incoming connection but does not let me accept the connection or allow the program through the firewall,

how can I open this connect when I need to, the only option I have is to remove the BT Virus Protect from the PC but that seems just mad..... anyone with any ideas.......
